TAINI KAWATA 

Food stylist

I am a Finnish-Japanese entrepreneur based in Helsinki. With a background as a trained stylist, set designer, and caterer, I have extensive experience in both cooking and presenting food. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade and in 2012, I founded my own café and catering business in central Helsinki. From 2013 to 2023, I was a co-founder and owner of Twisted Street Kitchen. 
Currently, I am the entrepreneur behind Freda Catering. I also hold a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Vaasa.
